Maytime is an automation agency based in Bristol, UK. This notice explains what information we collect through maytime.co and how we use it. You can contact us at charlie@maytime.studio.

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry or use the problem checker, we collect the details you enter. These may include your name, email address, role, company, company size, the area you want to automate and information about the process you want help with.

How we use that information

We use enquiry information to review your request, respond to you, arrange a conversation and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising measurement

If you choose analytics cookies, we use PostHog to understand how the site is used and improve it. If you choose advertising measurement, we use Google Ads tags to understand whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. Google may receive an advertising click identifier and hashed contact information for conversion measurement.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website and handle enquiries, including Vercel for hosting, Resend for enquiry emails, PostHog for consented analytics and Google for consented advertising measurement. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and correspondence information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us for access to your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict some uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact charlie@maytime.studio to make a request.
